Q: What kind of products does CatSurfers sell?
A: We sell all the rad stuff your cat needs to play, lounge, explore, and live their best life – except for food and treats! Think awesome cat toys, super cozy beds, durable scratchers, stylish collars & harnesses, comfy carriers, essential grooming gear, litter accessories, and other unique finds for your favorite feline.

Q: How do you ensure the quality and safety of your products?
A: Great question! We're cat parents first and foremost. Every single item you see on our site has earned the "CatSurfers Seal of Paw-proval™." That means it's been personally tested, played with, napped on, and approved by our very own discerning cats for safety, durability, and pure fun-factor. If our cats aren't stoked about it, we don't sell it!

Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal for a smooth and secure checkout process.

Shipping & Tracking

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We know you and your cat are eager to get your goodies! Once you place your order, we typically process and ship it out within 1-2 business days. You can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after it ships (for orders within the Continental United States).

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Easy peasy! As soon as your order hits the mail wave and ships out, we'll automatically email you a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number. Simply click the link in the email to follow your package's journey to your doorstep. (Psst... sometimes these emails hide in spam folders, so check there too!)

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, CatSurfers primarily ships within the United States. We're hoping to expand our reach to international waters soon! Stay tuned for updates.

Returns & Issues

Q: What is your return or exchange policy?
A: We want you and your cat to be totally happy with your purchase! Generally, we accept returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Q: Help! There's an issue with my order (damaged item, wrong item, etc.). What should I do?
A: Oh no, bummer! Please contact us right away if there's any problem with your order. Send an email to meow@catsurfers.com or use our Contact Us Page. Be sure to include your order number and a quick description (a photo helps too!) of the issue, and we'll jump right on it to make things right!
